Reason(s) for rankings

1-2: Cade and Mobley should be fairly obvious.

3-4: The Jalens clearly belong here, I'd rather have the potential of Green though Suggs is a great option if you already have a long-term creator to be his partner in the backcourt.

5-9: I don't believe in the media-pushed "clear top 5". I still like Kuminga as a player, but he's not in the tier of the top 4. Interchangeable with Barnes, Keon, Moody, and Giddey. Kuminga and Barnes need to end up in good situations to unlock their potential, Toronto, GSW, and OKC come to mind.

11: I still believe in Ziaire. There are questions about his efficiency and decision-making, but he's far too naturally talented to fall to the bottom of the first round. It was a weird season for Stanford, and he was never able to get into a rhythm, first not being able to practice, then missing time for personal reasons, then sitting out due to COVID protocols.

16: Tre Mann's meteoric rise has surprised me, to say the least. (cont).
