Portland gets a first round pick, Davion Mitchell, and Zach Lavine for Grant and Brogdon. Blazers do this to get a pick, a defensive guard in Mitchell, and rehab Lavine’s value to eventually trade again. He is a bad fit for the team but if he can play good ball next year, then he can get flipped and won’t have as such a daunting contract. Portland will have to pay people anyways. Could be worth it to get the distressed asset in Lavine that could improve over time while buying low.

Chicago gets of the Lavine contract by adding in Pat Williams and get two strong role players that can help them make the playoffs, as they stated that they do not want to tank.

Sacramento pushes their chips in and get Grant and Brogdon to help their championship aspirations.
