As much as I like and respect Demar Derozan as a person I can't help but get irritated by the fact that we have him on our team. I see Demar as a massive waste of space. At this stage in Demar's career he could never lead a team to a conference finals as the number 1 option little own a championship. Maybe as a number 2 option Demar could do a hefty load of damage. But I could not see Demar accepting a 2 man role due to his isolation play style that takes a whole possession to get his shot off. We obviously are not going to win a chip with Demar as our number 1 guy. Even though he is a great mentor, he takes all the ball time from the developing younger players. It dosnt make sense to me why we wouldn't trade him and zach for some solid players that could fit into a system properly. If we hang onto Demar I see us going nowhere. But in conclusion I think the main reason I don't like him is because he is his own system and him vs 5 isnt gonna get us a ring.
