OK, so here goes.

The Boston Celtics have traded Kemba Walker and a couple of picks for Al Horford and Moses Brown. They now look to make another move towards the ultimate goal.

Trade Number 1, Robert Williams lll, Evan Fournier (sign and trade), and a 2022 SRP for Malcolm Brogdon.

BOS-the Celtics are lacking a point guard. Marcus Smart is certainly ready for the task, but getting a true and ready made point guard rather than reshaping Smart makes more sense to me. Brogdon can play on and off the ball very well, and combines lots of talents at very good levels, including passing, dynamic scoring, defense, and shooting. He would fit great next to the Jays and the rest of the squad.

IND-the Pacers are seemingly in full rebuild mode, and this would be the starting move. In return, it may seem very little, but maybe if the pick was a first, it would seem better. Comment if you think that a first should be there instead. Anyway, they get a good scorer and shooter in Fourneir, who is also on a decent contract, a bright young prospect in Williams (who only leave because Brad Stevens chooses Moses Brown over him), and another pick for the future.

Trade Number 2, Tristan Thompson for 2023 SRP via Boston

BOS-This trade is done for 2 simple reasons. One, it gains a decent amount of cap space for the future. Two, it clears up the problem between having both Horford and Thompson playing similar roles on the same team.

CHA-This trade for the Hornets is all about making up in 2 important holes in their team's makeup. Thompson becomes their largest center, which is saying something because Thompson is still only 6' 9". He also brings a veteran and championship caliber experience, having been on the LeBron teams of yesteryear.

Free Agency

*Disclaimer, just because i stopped the trades here doesn't mean that they couldn't have more minor ones. Comment below any other trades that should be added to this plan.

Free Agent Signing 1, Andre Iguodola

The Miami Heat will have to be paying Iguodola 15 million this season, and they would never want to do that with bigger fish in the sea. They will almost certainly decline his team option, leaving him open for signing. The Cs use their Veteran's Minimum to sign the 37 year old champion. bring shooting and veteran experience to a very young bench.

Free Agent Signing Number 2. John Collins

Why would Collins sign for that money, you are probably screaming right now. Well, its all about the entirety of the deal. Collins gets a very high pay raise in his next year of the contract, over 4 million. This can be done due to the extreme decrease in money on Al Horford's contractt, leaving space for Collins and others to fill up. However, the Hawks might match this, so comment below other options if he is matched.

Extend Smart

Smart, Iguodola, and Horford/Brown would make the becnh a great improvement for the Celtics.

New Revised lineup, under new HC Ime Udoka

Starters, Brogdon, Brown, Tatum, Collins, Horford/Brown (More Likely brown with this group

Bench, Smart, Pritchard, Langford, Nesmith, Iguodola, Parker, Williams, Horford/Brown, Edwards, Fall
