Mavs get: Myles Turner
Step 2.):
Mavs let Kyrie walk and join the Lakers. They get back Besaley, Vanderbilt, and Bamba as pieces in a sign and trade.
Step 3.)
Middleton and Bucks part ways. Middleton opts out of 40 Mil, and signs a more long term deal with Dallas (3 years, $75 millon w/ Player option). Bucks get back Hardaway, Bamba, and a pick as part of a sign and trade, so that they get something back in return.
Step 4.)
Use MLE to sign Jalen McDaniels to a 3 year $30 million dollar deal.
New roster:
PG- Luka
SG- Green
SF- Middleton
PF- Vanderbilt
C- Turner
Bench:
Hardy, Beasley, McDaniels, Bullock, Kleber, Powell, Holiday, etc. etc.
A team that fits much better around Luka, does not see a major dropoff in offense, and also is SIGNIFICANTLY better defensively. Let me know what you think!
