I think Simons could be a great 3rd piece for this Magic team playing off of Paolo and Franz creation. This is a relatively cheap cost as you aren't giving up any truly important core players while Portland gets a recent lotto pick, Orlando's pick which will be around 15-18 and a future pick from Denver. Cole surely can be moved again, but also will take less usage away from Shaedon and Scoot during Portlands development period.
