Gonna get a lot of hate for this, but Killian Hayes is not THAT bad. He's actually a great playmaker and has very good defensive instincts for a guard. However, all of this gets overshadowed by his lack of scoring and awful efficiency. I truly believe that if he goes to a team who's known for player development and being hard on their young guys (Toronto, Miami... etc) he can become a good NBA player. Right now he's not worth much at all, which would mean that teams shouldn't be paying much for him. This trade sees Toronto giving up an expiring player and a protected second rounder, so almost nothing. Let me know what you think.
