CAVS: The Cavs get OG who is there 3 and D player and would help garland and mitchell for the floor spacing. Defensively it would be a downgrade, but the offensive help would make it worth it.

TOR: They want young players for OG, not frps. This gets them young players with Okaro who was recently a top 8 draft pick, Branham who averaged 10 ppg and Collins who is a solid stretch 5. Additionally they get there frp back so thy have all of there future firsts.
