This helps both the kings and the Lakers in what they need and helps the Spurs with their PG struggles.

Lakers: LA are horrible since winning the In Season Tournament this season and seem to have lost what made them such a strong team in the playoffs. Even with AD and Lebron playing Star level basketball the rest of the team isn’t really adding much help. The Lakers struggle on the Offensive side of the ball as there starting lineup doesn’t have much scorers beside Lebron and AD. This makes it much easier to guard the Lakers and double team their stars. In this trade the Lakers sacrifice some solid defensive players for Kevin Huerter. Huerter adds an offensive threat in the lakers starting lineup with the ability to shoot the ball and hit big time threes when needed. This paired up with Champagnie who is an offensive player that can create for himself and put pressure on the rim. Lastly to help with the Lakers big man depth they get two solid Centres to come off the bench and supply help for AD.

Kings: the Kings seem to be good offensively it’s just the struggles defensively that they could tighten up. In this trade the get Vando an incredible defensive wing off the bench applying pressure with his great size and build. On top of that you gain Hachimura who has shown great highlights on defensive but also an eagerness to attack the paint. To help with the backup centre positions they get a younger player in Hayes who hasn’t really found and opportunity on the lakers and could see a nice role with Sacramento.

Spurs: The spurs are horrible when it comes to PG depth having to play Sochan at the point which has looked horrible so far. To help with the PG struggles Mitchell is a great solution. Mitchell knows how to play the PG position since joining the NBA and plays his role well. He is also young meaning he could also be apart of the Spurs future going forward with Wemby. They also get some draft capital with a SRP.
