Vouch is on his last year of his deal and he is looking for a last big pay day.But for Bulls that's not a good thing.They are in a tight situation with the cap and in order to keep and sign players they need more money.They have big long term deals for their better players so their have a lot of cap space occupied by these players.Adding another big contract can be a bad move for Bulls,cause they are definitly not a championship ready team that can commit to players and keep them without a risk.They can blow things up very quickly if the thing are not working out very well.

So in order to have some space to make some moves,they can make a deal like this.Turner is also in his last year of his deal,but his salary demands are not that huge,maybe a 13-15 mil/year deal.The fact that he is more fitted with the core of the team make this better for Bulls.

Maybe you think that Pacers don't get enough,but actually is a pretty good deal.Unlike a Lakers deal with Russ,this deal give them a player that is more likely to resign with them.Vouch can be used as trade bait and get even more out of him.They can even make the Lakers deal,but with Vocuh and Buddy and get even more assets.

Duarte for White is a win-win for both teams.Bulls needs a 2 guard that can play as a wing rather than one that only plays as a guard.Pacers can give White more minutes and help him to breakout+he is 3 years younger than Duarte,but with more NBA experience.Duarte is just a sophmore.
