Heat- Miami just made a great move picking up Rozier which does move them up in the east but this move could put them into full contention. They lost Lowry who was a great hall handler for their team and a good passer. While Rozier is averaging 6.4 assists per game, he is still more of a shooting guard. This allows Rozier and Herro to play more off the ball and Jones is a great passer.

Wizards- Washington is clearly rebuilding and Jones was never going to be part of their long term future. They get a first out of him and Duncan Robinson who they can trade for more draft capital.
