Sixers: As I predicted (for the whole year with my numerous blow up posts, this team is not IT) Build around Maxey (Although Maxey may also be moved because of his lack of shot creation/defense)
Heat: Trade Bad contracts (and a pick) for Harden (who is kind of washed but is still way better than anybody Miami is offering, and PJ Tucker) Harden - Caleb Martin - Butler - PJ - Bam 6th man: Herro
Blazers: Win now mode move with Dame. Embiid could be the perfect second guy behind Dame, and they give up an okay center, Sharpe and this year's lottery pick with several future picks, but also get De'Anthony Melton as a good defensive 3&D shooting guard next to Dame. Dame - Melton - Thybulle - Grant - Embiid 6th man: Simons (or could trade Simons for another wing)
Mavs: Complete retool by shipping away bad contracts and a pick for an expiring Tobias Harris contract and Nurkic (okay center). Opens up cap flexibility.
Chicago: The pick is supposed to be conveyed to Portland
