I love the Knicks. A group of misfits underneath a coach who is gritty and does not quit. I really like this team but I want to propel this team into contention and this is what I did.

Before Draft: Grab SGA and Wendell Carter Jr. These could be better starters in place of Elfrid Payton and The Knicks need another center other than Nerlens Noel.

During Draft: Grab Ayo Dosunmu and Tre Mann and use them in trades to gain cap for all this spending.

Free Agency: Get Evan Fournier as a person to share minutes with RJ Barret. Get Kelly Oubre as a backup to Reggie Bullock. Get a nice reserve center in Boban.

Final Lineup Starting 5: SGA, RJ Barret, Reggie Bullock, Julius Randle, Wendell Carter Jr.

Backup 5: Elfrid Payton or Imauel Quickley, Evan Fournier, Kelly Oubre Jr., Obi Toppin, Nerlens Noel
