Cavs and Hawks need some change. Jazz is on a run looking to improve as fast as they can and they'll trade some of their picks and older players to do so.

Cavs looked terrible last year in the playoffs, Mobley and Allen combo isn't working so good and neither is their backcourt of Garland and Mitchell. Backcourt needs more size and defense and front court less size and more shooting.

Hawks same story, backcourt isn't working so Murray has to go. They'll swap Capela for a younger center like Allen. Trading Jalen Johnson hurts, they'll get 3 first rounders
