Heat doesn't have enough money to keep everyone with Lillard so they trade half of their team and rely on getting players on chep 1-2 year contracts. Max Strus is probably gone, I wouldn't resign him, no need to resign Gabe Vincent for like 10+ mil. when you got Dame already. Duncan Robinson was traded so the Heat can get more players. They would lack depth if they just straight up traded for Lillard and do nothing else.
