Sixers:
PG- Maxey
SG- Curry
SF- Harris
PF- Siakam
C- Embiid
Bench: Dragic, Milton, Thybulle, Korkmaz, Niang, Drummond
Sixers get a second option, championship experienced scorer in Siakam to go along Embiid. Siakam may not strike many as an elite commodity at first, but I believe that Siakam plays his best when he is the second-option on a championship contending team. As the main option, he recieves a lot of attention from defenses and that hinders his game, but now that defenses are more preoccupied with Embiid, Siakam should get better looks and play very well like he did alongside Kawhi Leonard. He also provides good defense.
Sixers also get another win-now veteran in Dragic, a player who, while he is aging, still should provide a nice scoring spark from the second unit. He can also be a good mentor for Maxey.
Blazers:
PG- Lillard
SG- Powell
SF- Covington
PF- Simmons
C- Nurkic
Bench: Simons, Little, DSJ, Nance Jr., Zeller,
The Blazers get the defensive playmaker they want in Simmons without having to give up any of their already shallow depth and give up a reasonable number of draft picks along with McCollum.
Kings:
PG- Fox
SG- McCollum
SF- Green
PF- Barnes
C- Holmes
Bench: Mitchell, Davis, Len, Metu, Harkless, Thompson
After only sniffing the play-in tournament for a couple of seasons, the kings finally make a win-now move to make a legitimate playoff push. They acquire a second star-level player in McCollum to go alongside Fox in the backcourt to create a nice one-two punch. Fox can focus on slashing to the rim and plamaking, while McCollum can be thier primary shot-creator and bucket-getter. They are losing some of their young-talent in Haliburton, but they focus on the now while also retaining all their first-round picks for the future.
They get a championship- experienced veteran in Danny Green, who shores up their wing depth and creates a nice defensive frontcourt of him and Barnes. He also be a great mentor to this young team.
Raptors:
PG- Vanvleet
SG- Haliburton
SF- OG
PF- Barnes
C- Boucher
Bench: Flynn, Hield, Trent Jr., Watanabe, Svi, Bagley
Raptors retool by flipping Siakam for young pieces who can still keep them competitive as they like. Hield can add to their great depth and be a legit 6-man scorer for them, and Bagley has upside and could flourish with a new team and fresh start. Haliburton gives them a guard who can playmake, shoot, and has lots of length, which makes them an even better defensive team. Raptors continue their process of rebuilding while also remaining competitive.
