• Trade Brogdon for Rui Hachimura, Christian Wood and 3 2nd round picks

• Trade Jerami Grant for 2 first round picks and a massive TPE

• Trade Williams to complete a sign and trade for Patrick Williams which gives him a 3 year contract worth 45 million starting at 15 million. In exchange, the Blazers also receive their own first round pick back and give the Bulls one of the 2nd round picks they received from the Lakers.

Notes:

• I used a 13 mill cap hold for their picks

• Christian Wood opts into his contract in order for the trade to be completed

• The Bulls trade occurs during free agency

• The 76ers trade happens during free agency giving the Blazers the ability to use their tpe in next year's free agency

• They end up over the cap by roughly 9 million and 21 mill under the luxury line

• They still have access to the mle if they'd like to use it going forward
