This may not be a popular trade but I think this could be beneficial for both sides.

The Jazz get rid of Conley who has severely underperformed all season and get talented pieces in return. Their biggest weakness this season has been the bench. They get a shooter and Julius Randle who has shown to play best as a sparkplug off the bench. Ntilikina may not be an upgrade from Conley but he is young and is amazing defensively. Whether they start Clarkson or Ntilikina is unknown, but none the less this bolsters their bench.

The knicks do this as they have been rumoured to want a veteran who can change a culture, a player that has been rumoured is Chris Paul. However, I don't think they will be able to get Paul. Conley is the next best option, he is the definition of a true professional and may help change the culture in NY.
