Knicks has underachieved this year and I think its their time to rebuil again. They have chemistry issues with Julius Randle, they can't close out games, and losing to teams that they should've won.

Trading Julius Randle and Immanuel Quickley for Sabonis seems to be an overpay but they are trading for the #4 pick this year's draft. Another is the Pacer trade that will trade Malcolm Brogdon to the Knicks and the #6 pick for RJ Barrett, Kemba Walker, and the #11 pick in the draft.

With this type of trade, you are looking to get a guy who can create his own shot and make for others aswell and become the second ball handler ( If Brogdon becomes the main ball handler). And a guys who can be a perfect fit with Sabonis in the frountcourt position.

If we're the Knicks frount office: I would pick Jaden Ivey first and Jalen Duren.
