s/general - Capela to the Mavs, Siakam to the Hawks

Rumours of Siakam going to the Hawks and Capela going to the Mavs have been going around recently and this trade combines both speculations.

Reasoning for the Atlanta Hawks

Hawks recieve: Pascal Siakam, free up cap space to sign Kelly Oubre Jr.
Hawks give up: 2024 SAC FRP, 2029 ATL FRP t5-protected, AJ Griffin, Clint Capela, De'Andre Hunter
Why they do this: Trade offers have been stalling because Siakam was on an expiring deal and even though they would have bird rights on him, he was a flight risk. In this trade he's extended and then traded, hence locking him up at least contractually for the next 4 years. They also get cap space to sign Kelly Oubre Jr to run their 3 since they lose a lot of wings in this deal. Giving up Capela also means Onyeka finally gets his starting spot to show why the Hawks used a lottery pick on him.

Mavericks recieve: Clint Capela, Malachi Flynn, Otto Porter Jr.
Mavericks give up: 2027 DAL FRP, JaVale McGee, Tim Hardaway Jr.
Why they do this: It's been no secret that the Mavs want a solid reliable big after the frustrations they had with Dwight Powell at the end of their season. Capela is the definition of that - a great rebounder who averages well over a block per game and almost a steal per game too. They also get two expiring deals with early bird rights - Flynn who can be a third-string guard to either Seth or Hardy and Otto who provides the Mavs with some needed wing-depth. They've been hesitant to give up their last tradeable FRP for a while but this improves them in multiple ways.

Raptors recieve: 2024 SAC FRP, 2029 ATL FRP t5-protected, 2027 DAL FRP, De'Andre Hunter, AJ Griffin, JaVale McGee, Tim Hardaway Jr.
Raptors give up: Pascal Siakam, Malachi Flynn, Otto Porter Jr.
Why they do this: It's the beginning of tanking. They get a good return for a player who used to be on an expiring contract and will soon be on the wrong end of 30. They've already lost FVV to free agency and will soon lose OG too if they don't trade or extend him. The franchise has been directionless for a while and this is a step towards building around their ROTY. Getting basically 3 unprotected FRPs is a good way to start.
