Why each team would do it:
Heat - Maybe the locker room tension becomes too much and they decide to move on from Butler. They get an excellent perimeter defender in Gordon (who is also a good shooter), three good younger stretch bigs under contract for less time and a 1st who they can flip again.
Jazz - Utah is in desperate need of perimeter defense. Butler is not only one of the best in the league at that, but he also brings Finals experience, leadership and a 2nd scoring punch behind Mitchell. In my eyes this trade makes the Jazz a bonafide contender without giving up on someone from their all-star duo.
Cavaliers - The beginning of the season for the Cavs with Rubio was outstanding. With Conley they get a short-term deal for a player that has the same role as Rubio but is better. And a protected 1st thrown in for good measure.
Rockets - A 1st is all the Rockets ever dreamed of for Gordon.
