The Pacers get a first and a pick swap (that probably won’t amount to much), but a first for a bench player is pretty good.

The Kings get off the Joesph and Barnes contracts and get a good defensive center to pair with Marvin bagley in the frontcourt. They also get a first and a pick swap.

The Sixers get some much needed shooters. McDermmot is an elite shooter that they can use off the bench. Joesph fills their hole at backup point guard. Barnes is a good starting small forward, and he can play alongside Harris and Embiid in the frontcourt.
