Philly:
Acquires a young shot-creating guard in Sexton with star potential, something that they needed.
-Acquires a solid forward in Kyle Anderson, who is very much underrated and who's skillset can be utilized in almost every lineup.
-Acquire several first round picks, which can be used as trade ammo if they need to swing a big deal for an A-list superstar (Dame, Beal, etc.). The 2025 pick they receive gets rid of a Stepien restriction and allows them to offer a lot more picks.
-Very financial friendly for Philly with Ricky Rubio expiring contract, considering they are a team running into some salary issues. They have enough financial flexibility to extend Sexton and maybe even Anderson if they like.

Get the player they are interested in (Ben Simmons).
Now have a crazy defensive lineup with bigs that are versatile and can guard the perimeter. And depending on how certain players develop, they could eventually be good on the offensive end as well. (Okoro and Simmons get some perimeter creation, Mobley continues to hone his promising jump shot, etc.).
Get some wing depth in Danuel House.
