Utah: Since Mitchell is best at point guard, Aldridge could be a better fit than Conley. Patty Mills becomes the back up point guard, and Mike Scott is a better fit over Ed Davis.

Philly: Gets off of Horford's contract and gains a shooting ball handler who can play off ball with Simmons and run the second unit if minutes are staggered. Ed Davis may be a better fit outside of Utah.

San Antonio: Horford may play better as a center with the Spurs, but regardless, they gain a promising young player in Thybulle along with a 1st and 2nd round pick. I'm not sure this is the right balance of value for them, so picks may need to be adjusted. They have very clear books after next season, so swelling Horford's contract may not be a big deal for them.
