If the Pistons really want their FRP back I would see if they would be willing to throw in James Wiseman. Wiseman hasn’t yet proven himself in the league but he gives the Knicks good depth at the PF/C position. I think we have all seen enough of Taj Gibson lol (sorry Taj).

BTW I understand the Pistons pick is protected but the pick is tied to the Knicks through 2027. If the Pistons do want to make a splash trade (like Zach LaVine for example) they would likely want to acquire their draft picks back at some point to make things simpler
