Since I am a Thunder fan I got very unlucky cause there is probably no chance of Kawhi coming to OKC but this was the best deal I could come up with to possibly bring him to OKC. My explanation why this could work is I found out from an article that when Kawhi was getting traded to the Raptors, the Lakers, Clippers, and 76ers wanted him as well. And he was very close to coming to Philly cause he wanted to play with Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid, Right now Joel is considered untouchable but Ben Simmons is looking to be traded, this also benefits the 76ers since the deal adds in the Atlanta Hawks who will give up Deandre Hunter and Kevin Huerter to Philly in exchange for Matisse Thybulle and a first. Matisse is a star studded defender. Deandre is too but he has been dealing with injuries throughout his past couple of years in the NBA, So Philly gets a win-win trade since they bring in 3 young players that can develop under there current stars. Atlanta gives up Tony Snell who played with Kawhi throughout High School basketball and apparently they were a great duo. Kawhi considers Snell one of his closest friends so if OKC brings in Ben Simmons who Kawhi wanted to play with and Tony Snell who was a high school friend, Kawhi might end up coming to OKC. We were doing good with Shai before he got injured, Josh Giddey played in a league with adults and Tre Mann was one of the best shot creaters in the draft and since Josh is a excellent playmaker he can set up Kawhi for some great shots and Tre can take some of the weight off of Kawhi's back since he is now not the only good shooter on the Thunder, Also Jeremiah Robinson Earl excels at getting rebounds so he can stay near the rim instead of Kawhi staying there and having to rely on one of his teammates. And if they dont do good he doesn't have to sweat it since Josh Giddey, Jeremiah Robinson Earl and Tre Mann are young players so they will develop. Its also a win-win for Atlanta since they give up snell, hunter, and huerter but get favors, thybulle and a first. They need the depth and have to many small forward, so they get so depth in other positions and make a run for the finals. This is my attempt at convincing Kawhi to come to OKC.
