Minnesota needs another point guard who can knock down an open 3. Tyus Jones fits that bill. That requires moving Kyle Anderson. For as frustrating as Anderson is offensively, they need a guy capable of guarding strong power forwards for a few minutes. In 95% of playoff series, he's out of the rotation, but it's important to have a guy like him available for this team. Wainwright doesn't give you much, but I think he can be useful in that role and it's a no-brainer for Blazers to take a a flier on Moore in a second draft cause Wainwright has no value for them.
