THIS WOULD HAPPEN AT THE TRADE DEADLINE

NOP-It's no secret that the pelicans are willing to trade either Ball or Bledsoe. Ball is the guy who is underperforming but last year his chemistry with Zion was fabulous so I would hang on to him. While the Clips wanted Kennard and Shamet was on the block the Pels were willing to trade their 2021 first for Shamet and a second but the Pistons were uninterested in that pick. Its clear that they need to surround Zion and Ingram with spot up shooters , Reddick is probably going to get traded and bringing in a former NBA 3 point contest champion and a young player along with a second for Bledso eand a protected first is a great deal.

BKN- The Nets were shopping Shamet but no team stepped up and was willing to offer more than a late first. The Pels might miss the playoffs and if they do make the competition they're going to be a seventh to eight seed team. The Nets big three is good ... at offense. This team is disturbingly horrible on the defensive end of the floor. especially with both Kyrie and Harden they could use nice perimeter defense with Bledsoe. The price is Joe Harris and a second rounder.
