Hawks need a great big man,with rim protection abilities.Gobert is perfect,is a DPOY candidatee player and he is perfect to a bottom last team in defense.They would need better shooting to,becuase they are bottom last in 3pt shooting percentage,but if they would have better defense they don't need to chuck 3pt desperitly to try winning games.Hawks have enough wingmans,so trading Reddish isn't a big deal.Capela didn't even play so they can assume that they don't need him.

Jazz would take this deal,because Reddish can develop better with Jazz,having more minutes to play and Capela can be a decent replacement for Gobert.
