Magic: if there was one team that would decline, it would be the Magic, however they get SOO much better that they will be much better and will be contenders. Lowry, Mccullom and Vucevic would be really good AND Fultz, Isaac, whoever they get. They would be a real threat.

Blazers: Sell when the player value is high. Mcculloms value IS high so they should sell him. In this, they would get back 2 solid players AND 1 first, a very good package.

Rockets: They get the most they will ever get and save a bit of money.

Raptors: Its a lot for Lowry they could be competitive and get a pick AND be younger.

The difference is the return for the Rockets and the Raptors which I think are really inprotant so the Magic have a chance to win it so they have a reason to overpay and also, the Rockets aren't trading Oladipo unless they get a first.
