MVP: Nikola Jokic: Jokic has been very dominant for the Nuggets this year, and he is leading them to the same success they have had all year without Jokic's second option, Jamal Murray. I believe that if the Nuggets stay strong and continue winning like they have been, Jokic should definitely get MVP
ROTY: Lamelo Ball: I wouldn't be surprised if Ant won it, but I am giving it to Lamelo because he has been really good for the Hornets, and he has also been leading them to a borderline playoff record. Also if you look at Patrick Ewing and Vince Carter, they both tie the record for the shortest amount of games played that resulted in a ROTY season. Because of the fact that happened, and because of how Lamelo has been this season, I believe that he should be a lock for this award.
6MOTY: Jordan Clarkson: Clarkson is someone who has been the best bench player BY FAR. He has averaged the most amount of points, and he has been a consistent scorer and shooter coming off the bench, and the stuff that he brings to this Jazz team has been a big part of their success this season.
DPOY: Rudy Gobert: Gobert has been a BEAST defensively this season. He has been a big part of their defense, as he is 2nd in blocks(2.7), 1st in defensive rating(100.9), and has helped his team's defense big time. The Jazz have allowed the 3rd-least amount of points, and have the 4th highest defensive rating, and that has a lot to do with Gobert's impact.
MIP: Julius Randle: Julis Randle went from one of the most hated players, especially by Knicks fans, to being an All-NBA caliber player. Last year, Randle shot about 28% from three, and 73% from the line, and now he is averaging much better numbers, and is now shooting about 41% from 3, and 81% from the line. If you are going to make that type of jump, then there is no reason that you shouldn't win this award.
COTY: Quin Snyder: Snyder is someone who is making a bigtime impact on this Jazz team, and his team is going from blowing a 3-1 lead last year in the playoffs, to being one of the best teams in the NBA. If there is a coach of a team that is going to lead to a turnaround like that, then there is no reason that they shouldn't win COTY.
