Why the Celtics do it?

The Celtics consolidate some of their first-round draft picks in this upcoming year's draft and some of their young players and turn them into a young, controllable rebounding-machine who could work very well alongside the rest of their roster. Capela is controlled for four years at a very fair price and should fit in very well in Boston. Burke would be a nice bench piece in Boston as well.

Why the Timberwolves do it?

The Timberwolves get the point guard they've been courting ever since the offseason began without giving up too much of their future to get him. They may have to pay a little more than they want to and take on some additional salary to accommodate the Warriors and Rockets, however, they'll probably be more than willing to do so to get the deal done.

Why the Rockets do it?

The Rockets receive a suitable replacement (at least on the offensive side of the ball) for Capela, who comes at a cheaper price over the next two seasons, and receive the defensive wing they've been yearning for for a long time. In addition, ridding themselves of Nene would allow them to drop under the luxury tax threshold.

Why the Warriors do it? The Warriors receive three first-round picks to allow them to be very flexible in improving their roster this offseason. In addition, Theis, Napier, Dieng, and Hartenstein would give them multiple controllable, rotational pieces to work into their rotation and provide them with depth for next season.
