If Murray was healthy, this would be a lopsided trade in Bostons's favor. Obviously, Murray isn't healthy; he's out for probably 12 months. So, Boston probably takes a step back next year with this, but after next season, if Murray gets healthy, Boston has a much higher ceiling than with Kemba being paid almost 40mil/yr. It's a big gamble, but Murray could theoretically be back by the playoffs next year.
