Knicks give: Knox for Lamb and 1 second,

Knicks: They would extend Lamb and get a second. Get better, and get a pick.

Raptors: Maybe they can help Knox not be a bust, he has a lot of potential. Lamb isn't what you want in a total rebuild.

76ers give: Hill and Maxey for Warren.

76ers: Get a very good 3 for Hill who is old. If he is worth 2 seconds to them, and Maxey worth 1 first to them then its 1 first and 2 seconds for Warren. There a win now team, that makes sense for them. Warren is a good small forward that would help them a lot.

Raptors: (got Warren in a trade with Pacers) Warren probably doesn't want to extend with a rebuilding team, so by doing that you get Hill (traded him to the Pacers) and also get Maxey (young player). they just get a couple more assets for a player they don't need/want.

Raptors give: Hill and Justin Holiday (Justin Holiday would have been in the trade, but the Pacers agree to give draft picks instead with the Raptors). In return for those 2 player Raptors receive Jeramy Lamb.

Pacers: Get George Hill who is a veteran point guard, you know what your getting and keeping Holiday for Lamb and a few seconds. It is a win-now move that keep some depth, adds some defense (Hill) and more veterans what is better for playoffs. They get better also.

Raptors: Get a few seconds and lamb. Trade Lamb for Knox so he has a little value. Also get a couple seconds for some players they don't need. Not a bad return.

Pacers give: 2 first, 3 seconds, Warren, Lamb and Holiday for Vanvleet and Hill. Pacers get Vanvleet who would help with their defense and not giving either Turner, Sabonis and Levert, and get better defense. Hill would help with their defense, and be a very good backup point guard.
