Ignore those players going to the Hornets, that was just an assumption that those players would be let go

The Knicks have been a very promising team this season, and they have A LOT of cap space. I believe these moves will take them to the next level:

  1. Trade for KAT: The Twolves have said that they were interested in trading KAT. It would make too much sense for the Knicks to go after him, as Tom Thibodeau coached him in Minnesota, and he fits the timeline very well, as the Twolves are one of the worst teams in the NBA, and the Knicks improve their roster so that they can make a deep playoff push next year.

  2. Sign Lonzo: This signing gives the Knicks their PG for the future. Lonzo is someone that is having a career year this year. He is also someone that can provide good playmaking, can defend at a high level, and would be a perfect fit next to Immanuel Quickley.

  3. Extend Julius Randle: Randle went from the most hated player by Knicks fans to blossoming into a star. Randle has had the best year of his career by far, and the Knicks should pick up his team option, and then look to extend him to a 4-year extension to lock him up longterm.

  4. Bring back Drose, Burks, Noel, and Bullock: All four of these players have been bringing some good stuff to this Knicks team. Drose brings some good scoring, playmaking, and veteran leadership to this Knicks team. Burks is someone that can bring some good scoring off the bench. Noel and Bullock are players who have been providing good stuff on the defensive end, and are a couple other good players that can provide some veteran presence off the bench.

  5. Sign Nemanja Bjelica: Bjelica is another good vet that can provide some good floor spacing for if he is playing with Noel on the court together. Bjelica would be a perfect signing because Noel and Bjelica complement each other very well, as Bjelica is able to provide floor spacing, and Noel is someone who is able to provide some good defense.

After these moves, this would give the Knicks a squad that can take an even bigger step forward:

Lonzo-Quickley-RJ-Randle-KAT with a bench of Drose-Burks-Bullock-Bjelica-Noel

IMPORTANT NOTE: As you can see, the Randle contract is just a four-year deal, I meant to make it a 5-year deal(with the 19.8 mil in effect plus a 4-year extension), it wouldn't let me

Also let me know which other teams you wanna see me do
