Please read the description for any team or player you think might not accept the deal. I'm going to do a paragraph on why each player should accept the offered contract, and why each team should accept the deal.

PLAYERS:

WHY KEVIN HUERTER ACCEPTS: He would be extended to a 4 year 26 million dollar contracts. Throughout his NBA career, he hasn't made big jumps yet, so I don't think it's fair to ask for big raises yet. He is still a good, efficient player so he gets a 4 year 26.8 million dollar contract with raises each season. He might be able to get a little more then that, but he should accept this because he would be a big part of the Grizzlies with his shooting.

WHY CAMERON REDDISH ACCEPTS: Cameron Reddish would get a 4 year 32 million dollar contract, all guareented. He should accept, because it would get him a lot of guaranteed money, and the Grizzlies have a bright future. I don't think any team will offer more money because that is 8 million a year and right now he isn't worth that much, they wold be hoping that he can be noticeably better.

WHY JUSTICE WINSLOW ACCEPTS: He really isn't worth that much money. He hasn't played well this season. Sure, he can hope to get a better season but accepting this large contract would get him a lot more guaranteed money, so if he gets waived he still keeps it.

WHY TYUS JONES ACCEPTS: He would accept because he gets paid 50 million dollars, and 1 of those years includes the team option, so his extension would get him 11 million a year. Although he is a very good backup, Its not realistic to get much more then that, so he should accept.

WHY GRAYSON ALLEN ACCEPTS: He would accept because he gets 7.5 million dollars a year, thats a solid deal for him.

TO THE TEAMS:

Hawks: Deandre Hunter has outplayed Cameron Reddish. In fact, there are a lot of rumors about moving him. There are rumors about a deal surrounding him and Lonzo Ball, and rumors about if the hawks should trade him or not. With Deandre Hunter clearly playing better, they should consider trading him. They also would give up Kevin Huerter. Although this wouldn't be preferred, Huerter isn't the best defender, and if the Grizzlies would want both of them and be willing to give a good return they should consider it. Huerter hasn't really made big steps, and maybe his fit with the Hawks isn't perfect. He isn't a great defender, and isn't involved with their offense with his below average usage. Moving Huerter might be what is best for the team, and him. In return for moving those 2 players, they would get Xavier Tilman, a 4 who could be John Collins backup. In just under 20 minutes, he is averaging just below 7 points and good efficiency, and is a good defender. He would be a good backup for Collins, and can maybe play some center (41 precent there). Tyus Jones would allow Lou Williams (if they resign him) to play more off ball, and he is a very good passer. They would also get a first.

Wizards: They are a rebuilding team, and Bertans doesn't fit their timeline. They should make a move, and get a couple young players, and a couple picks. This move allows them to get Grayson Allen, who is averaging 11.5 points, and his career best 3 point percentage (41 precent). His efficiency is still good (572). He would really help their rebuild, and be a good shooter to have next to Beal.

Grizzlies: The Grizzlies would get shooting (Huerter and Bertans) and defense with Reddish. They would lose Tilman, Winslow, Allen, 1 first and 2 seconds, but this still makes sense for them. They already have a lot of guards (Melton, Morant, Jones, Allen, Bane) so it would make sense to trade a couple of them, and get more help in the front court. This trades Winslow (likely wouldn't resign) Allen (not one of the better guards) Tyus Jones (to value for him) and get less guards, and bring shooting in the front court. If Huerter becomes a 3 and Bertans a 4, then they would get 4 good shooters, and they would still be good around the rim. They would have just as good defense with Reddish also.

NOTE: TAKE OUT THE 2 SECONDS THE WIZARDS ARE GETTING, THERE ALREADY GETTING ENOUGH.
