76ers: They want to build completely around Simmons and therefore want to surround him with good shooters. They trade Embiid because Simmons and Embiid ‘supposedly’ don't fit together. They get Spencer Dinwiddie to be the team's point guard and Joe Harris is a fabulous shooter. They also upgrade from Richardson to Oladipo which is big for them in this trade. Richardson was a great defensive shooting guard but he wasn't the best option when it came down to actually shooting. Oladipo isn’t just a fabulous shooter but is an even better defender. Along with him they also get Harris who can clutch up when needed.

Pacers: They trade Oladipo and get an amazing replacement in Levert , they also get a good role player in Mike Scott and a second to sweeten the pot.

Nets: They consolidate Joe Harris and Spencer dinwiddie along with a future first for Embiid , an absolute star. They also make a small downgrade from Levert to Richardson but this actually helps the team more because he covers up for Kyrie’s defensive mistakes which LeVert can't do.
