So the Hornets need a Center. That’s no secret. They are reportedly interested in trading for Drummond, and this could be the deal they get. They send out Cody Zeller as cap filler, Malik Monk, who is having a decent year, Bismack Biyombo, as filler, and a second round pick as bait. This would be fair value to give up for Drummond, who would fit quite well with the Hornets. This trade would make the Hornets a lock for the play in I think, and maybe even a playoff team.

Ball—Rozier—Hayward—Washington—Drummond

The Cavs get good value back for Drummond. They get two big men who could be traded to acquire more assets, a young guard in Monk, and a second round pick. This might be the most they get for Drummond in a trade, unless some other team wants him more and offers more for him (Which is unlikely to happen I think).
