The Magic have not had the best week. With yet another player injured, Markelle Fultz, they might have to start worrying about how this team is going to do this season with so many players out with injury. With this trade, they trade a bad fit and a failed project, and in return get a young player who has the potential to become really good, Will Barton, a solid wing who would help with the injury situation, and three FRPs, one heavily protected, but from a good team, and the other two lightly protected. This will help their current situation and could be beneficial in the future.

NUGGETS

The Nuggets already have a strong team, but this would make it even stronger. Arron Gordon would bring some frountcourt defence to the squad, and would be a great fit with Jokic. The Nuggets starting lineup would notably improve after this move. This could be helpful in the playoffs, as their starting lineup wouldn’t be as easy to play against.
